About Jameela
Jameela is a highly-educated, licensed health-care professional, with aim to help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. She has had working experience in variety of settings, including Rashid Hospital which is a tertiary specialized academic hospital, with a state-of-the-art Emergency and Trauma Centre.
It is a JCI accredited hospital where Jameela has spent 10 years of her service and has 12 yrs of total experience in treating variety of diseases.
With an adjunct to having extensive experience treating Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Disorders, Post-operative Conditions, Poly Trauma and Sports Injuries, by using Manual Mobilization, Manipulation, Pain Relief Methods and Motor-control Retraining, she has completed a diploma course in NeuroPilates from United Kingdom. Together with this Pilates Rehab – Spinal, Pelvic and Scapular Stabilization course are also part of her repertoire, and advance course of Reformer. Her other interests include Women’s Health, Dry Needling and instrument assisted Myofascial Release and run Corporate Wellness Programs.
